Terms
Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms cover stewardstudio.io and the hosted Steward app. By using them you agree to these terms. If something here is unclear, write to hello@stewardstudio.io.
Early access
Steward is in early access. Features change, and things can break. We may limit, pause or end access to the hosted app, and we'll give you notice and a way to export your data when we can.
Your account
Keep your passcode and agent tokens private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your studio.
Your businesses and your decisions
Steward's agents do work for your businesses, and they can make mistakes. Read the cards before you approve them. You are responsible for your businesses and for what you approve or allow Steward to do on its own, including messages sent to people, money spent and anything published.
Use Steward lawfully. Don't use it to send spam, to mislead people, to break the rules of the services it connects to, or to harm anyone.
Your content
What you and your agents create in your studio belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Steward for you. You can export it at any time.
AI models and other services
Your agents run on AI models and connect to services you choose. Those providers' own terms and limits apply to your use of them, and you pay them directly.
Fees
Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. Before any charge starts, we'll tell you the price and you'll choose whether to continue.
No warranties
Steward is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Steward in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that's more.
Ending
You can stop using Steward at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Either way, you can ask for an export of your studio first.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, in the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell people with an account about important changes before they take effect.
